Kiss Wall (1990) was designed by Joan Fontcuberta, the conceptual artist born in 1955 in Barcelona. He is most known for his works such as Fauna and Sputnik. An important part of his projects is, as he admits himself, a great sense of humor and originality and the genre to which his labour belongs is described by critics as postmodernism. “Kiss Wall” is an 8 x 3.8 m photomosaic of two lips that kiss each made up of 4000 small-format photographs printed onto tiles. The pièce was designed to symbolise freedom, affection, empathy. The giant kiss is designed to symbolise freedom, compassion and love. In addition to the deep message and values that the work presents, it is also a great place for stylish photo sessions!

3. MACBA – Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art
MACBA is the most important museum of modern art in Barcelona, situated in the Plaça dels Àngels, in El Raval neighbourhood. The museum opened to the public on 28 of November 1995.
