The house is characterized by a spacious, beautifully landscaped outdoor area of 2000 m2, which includes a front and back yard, terrace and barbecue area with a stunning view of the mountains, and a garden furnished with a table, chairs and hammock, perfect for lounging around and enjoying the late afternoon sunshine. The highlight of the venue is undoubtedly the massive pool surrounded by palm trees, boulders and an artificial waterfall. These stunning outdoor features, along with the El Brull mountains in the background, make this the perfect spot for filming sessions and photo shoots. The interior of the house consist of four bedrooms, two bedrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens directly to the terrace, making it the ideal preparation area for catered events. You will also have access to a comfortable living room, designed with warm colors and equipped with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the swimming pool. The house comes with a large parking area with enough capacity to accommodate several vehicles.

The venue is located at the foot of the el Brull mountain range in a quiet and secluded environment perfect for your next intimate event or recording session. The place is, nevertheless, close to the C-17 highway, providing easy access to Barcelona and other cities nearby. A short drive away is the Club de Golf Montanya and the small town of Els Hostalets de Balenya, with various restaurants and cafes.
