We especially love the grand dining parlor outfitted with polished wooden walls and antique furniture, creating the atmosphere of a classic smoker lounge. The surrounding 4000 m2 of land includes beautifully landscaped gardens, a Parisian style fountain, a swimming pool, a spacious pergola with hanging vines and a rustic farm. The historical property was kept in one very important local family for centuries, as it was inherited from one generation to the next. It was remodeled for two years in 1983 and equipped with modern appliances to more comfortably accommodate guests. It nevertheless maintained its original splendor and unique personality. The majestic rooms and expansive gardens make the manor home the ideal venue for your next memorable event, be it a baptism, communion, wedding, filming session or photo shoot. The house is located in Borrassà, in the Alt Empordà region of Girona. Not far away you will find the parish church of Sant Andreu de Borrassà from the 18th century, along with the old castle and fortress of Borrassà from the 14th century. The town is peaceful, relaxing and quiet, offering plenty of privacy for your guests during the event. The town is also very well connected to Barcelona and to the rest of the Girona, and is easily accessible by car due to its proximity to the E-15 highway.
